Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the missed-call recovery service provided by ZVL (“ZVL,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by TCQ AI, LLC. By using the service or exchanging messages through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
ZVL lets local businesses respond to missed calls by text message. When a caller is not reached, the business may send a follow-up SMS to continue the conversation, qualify the inquiry, and help schedule service or hand off to staff.
SMS program terms
- Consent. By calling a participating business’s published phone number, you consent to receive follow-up text messages from that business through ZVL relating to your inquiry.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to send content that violates the rights of others or applicable law and messaging regulations.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZVL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including undelivered or delayed messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
