Who we are
ZVL (“ZVL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service operated by TCQ AI, LLC, providing a missed-call recovery service that lets local businesses text back callers they missed. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to zvl.ai and our messaging services.
Information we collect
- Contact information — phone numbers of callers and the businesses we serve, and names when provided.
- Communications — the content of calls and SMS/text messages exchanged through the service, and related metadata (timestamps, delivery status).
- Business account data — information our business customers provide to set up and operate their account.
- Usage data — basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To deliver the missed-call recovery service — send and receive text messages on behalf of the business.
- To help qualify and route inquiries and book appointments.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS/text messaging
When you call a business that uses ZVL and the call is not answered, the business may send you a follow-up text message to continue the conversation you started. By calling the business’s published number, you consent to receive these text messages.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service — for example, with the business you contacted, and with service providers such as our telecommunications provider (Twilio) that transmit messages on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about the information we hold about you or to request deletion, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
